We are hanging like monkeys!

Yesterday I played ball with my Omi...

... and when mommy wasn't watching, I played in a sewer with daddy!

I may cut a slightly narrower swath than you daddy, but oh I look SO much *cuter* than you at the lawnmowing :) Oh, and don't even *bother* trying to engage me as you walk by... I am concentrating very very hard over here.

My mommy's birthday was today, so my Omi came to visit; she was showing me the flowers that she brought.

My 2nd Easter was so much fun! We had visitors and we went to church. I enjoyed all the Easter flowers at church. Mommy had to watch very carefully b/c I like to *pick* flowers :)

We went for a walk after Easter supper, here I am with my Omi.

Mommy's mommy (Omi) and my auntie Sassi (mommy's sister Susanne) came for a visit...

Auntie and I dyed Easter eggs in our p.j.'s - look at what a pro I have become, I do it all by myself. We only spilled 2 of the cups!

I put my own personal touch on this egg - it was mommy's favorite!

As soon as we had opened the gym door, I *ran* as fast as my little feet would take me, to go play "baskee-ball" with the big boys (see background). Mommy only caught up to me *just* as I reached them :) Luckily we found a ball and I "played" with them on the other court...

Ha ha, here I am throwing a minor tantrum...

... because mommy would not let me keep doing *this* with the safety tape behind the SPCA!

I am two years old!

At my birthday party there were lots of balloons - grandma *knows* what a girl likes :)

The birthday girl got tired. Some strong arms were there to hold me :)

A girl this cute and smiling so sweetly just CANNOT be guilty of *anything*.

Mommy took me to the Pennsylvania Bakery (a fab place!). I started out in front of my pastry, in my own chair...

... and when mommy came back from getting her coffee, I was in *her* chair, eating *her* carrot cake. Mommy has no idea what the frosting tasted like, because I finished every single molecule of it, he he.

But mommy I do not WANT to sit in my seat, I want to be IN the show!

Here I am doing my funny face for mommy - I like to make her laugh. She laughs a lot (because I am funny a lot), but especially when I do "crazy head" bobbing, say the phrase "pizza guys" (private joke with mommy!), or make funny faces like this. :)

Today was story time and a ballet show at the one library...

... and yesterday I ran around at the other library. I LOVE libraries!

Mommy recommended that I choose from amongst the board books here...

... but I REALLY wanted "Life as a Colonist".

It is too cold for a little gal like me to pick apples outdoors, so mommy and I did it inside.

And daddy took me "skiing" :)

I tried to help my sissie, but she really did not need much help! Her legs are strong and she was holding on tight. I still like being the nurturing/protecting big sister, though, so I help her anyway :)

Mommy and I both have never had a Fastnacht before, so daddy brought some home for us. I polished mine off before mommy had even had a chance to take hers out of the *bag*, he he...

We are waiting for our daddy to come home :)

My baby sister Bella in Louisiana needs prayers again! She is in the Pediatric ICU once more - it is unclear what the illness is, but she is losing weight (under 10 pounds at 5 mos old) and her hair is falling out and she is sleeping *all* the time. Loads of tests will be done again. My birth mommy Jenelle was so grateful for the prayers last time, and we will keep praying for sweet baby Isabella. Get well quickly little sissie, we love you!!! You have a great mama taking good care of you!
